Terms of service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern the purchase and use of hyperbaric oxygen therapy equipment sold by Hyperbaric Center. By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in full.

2. No Medical Advice

Hyperbaric Center does not provide medical advice, medical evaluations, medical guidance, or medical supervision. Hyperbaric Center is not a medical provider. Nothing sold, stated, or represented by Hyperbaric Center should ever be interpreted as medical advice or as a substitute for professional medical care.

Customers are solely responsible for consulting with a licensed medical professional before using any hyperbaric equipment. Hyperbaric Center is not liable for any medical outcomes, medical reactions, or health related consequences from the customer’s use or misuse of any equipment.

3. Equipment Sales Policy

All hyperbaric units sold by Hyperbaric Center are high quality wellness equipment. All sales are final. Once the purchase is completed and payment is processed, the customer may not cancel, return, or request a refund except in cases of a verified manufacturer defect.

The customer acknowledges that they understand the equipment being purchased, its intended uses, and its limitations.

4. Refund and Return Policy

Refunds or returns are only allowed if the equipment has a confirmed manufacturer defect that prevents it from operating as intended.

To report a defect, the customer must contact Hyperbaric Center in writing within seven calendar days of receiving the unit and must provide detailed proof such as photos or videos. Hyperbaric Center will review the claim and coordinate with the manufacturer to verify the defect.

If the defect is verified, the equipment will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion. No other refunds or returns are permitted.

5. Shipping Policy

Shipping times may vary. Delays can occur due to freight conditions, supply chain timelines, or carrier based issues. These delays are outside the control of Hyperbaric Center.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for receiving the shipment. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Any additional shipping, storage, or delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Installation and Use

The customer is solely responsible for the safe installation, operation, and maintenance of the equipment. The customer agrees to follow all operating manuals, safety instructions, and guidelines provided by the manufacturer.

Hyperbaric Center is not responsible for:

• Any injury caused by misuse or improper installation

• Any damage caused by ignoring manufacturer instructions

• Any modification, tampering, or unauthorized repair

• Any harmful effect caused by the customer’s personal health conditions

The customer agrees that they alone are responsible for the manner in which the equipment is used.

7. No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hyperbaric Center is not liable for any injury, harm, side effect, adverse reaction, or health related issue connected to the use or misuse of any equipment.

Hyperbaric Center is not responsible for any financial loss, business loss, downtime, lost profits, or medical outcomes.

The customer agrees that any and all claims are strictly limited to the repair or replacement of equipment only in the case of a verified manufacturer defect. The customer waives the right to pursue any lawsuit or claim outside this limited remedy.

8. Customer Assumption of Risk

By purchasing and using hyperbaric equipment, the customer acknowledges the following:

• They understand the risks associated with pressurized environments

• They have consulted with a medical professional before use

• They accept full responsibility for all outcomes

• They understand that the equipment is not a medical treatment and is not sold for medical cure, diagnosis, or prevention

The customer uses the equipment entirely at their own risk.

9. Payment Terms

All orders must be paid in full before preparation or shipment. Once payment is processed, the sale is final. The customer is responsible for any transaction or banking fees.

10. Privacy

Customer information is collected only for ordering, shipping, or warranty processing. Hyperbaric Center does not sell customer information to any third party.

11. Dispute Resolution

All disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. The customer agrees to resolve disputes through mediation or arbitration before pursuing any form of litigation. The customer also agrees that any damages are limited to the cost of the equipment and cannot exceed the purchase price.
