Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

At Hyperbaric Center, we specialize in providing premium, custom-manufactured hyperbaric chambers tailored specifically to each customer’s unique specifications and technical requirements. Because every chamber is custom-built to order, we enforce a strict structural policy regarding changes and returns.

1. Order Cancellations & Modifications

• All Sales Are Final: Once an order is placed and payment authorization is received, production scheduling begins immediately. Consequently, we do not accept cancellations, modifications, or refunds after an order has been submitted.

• Pre-Purchase Review: We strongly advise all customers to verify technical specifications, room dimensions, electrical compatibility, and delivery accessibility prior to finalized checkout.

2. No Returns and No Refunds

• Due to the custom engineering, medical-grade components, and strict hygienic/sanitation standards governing hyperbaric equipment, our products cannot be restocked or resold.

• We do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances for buyer’s remorse, operational preference changes, or custom build variations.

3. Damaged or Defective Shipments (Freight Policy)

While all sales are final, your investment is fully protected against transit damage or manufacturing defects. Because these units ship via specialized freight, you must follow our inspection protocol upon arrival:

• Inspection Upon Delivery: You must thoroughly inspect the external packaging and the chamber unit before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt.

• Reporting Damage: If you notice any structural or cosmetic damage caused during transit, note the specific damage clearly on the carrier's Bill of Lading (BOL) and refuse the shipment. Contact our support team immediately at 612-440-7445 or via email at support@hyperbaricminnesota.com within 24 hours of the delivery attempt.

• Resolution: If a unit arrives damaged or possesses a verified manufacturing defect, we will coordinate with the manufacturer to repair the unit on-site or arrange a replacement build at no additional cost to you.

4. Warranty Support

Every chamber purchased through Hyperbaric Center is covered by a comprehensive, Full Manufacturer’s Warranty. If you experience operational or mechanical issues after delivery and setup, these are fully covered under your factory warranty terms. Our team will assist you in coordinating with factory technicians to resolve any hardware issues immediately.
